YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy policy.

A transparent explanation of what we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Effective date: October 28, 2026. Operator: Marca Makers LLC, doing business publicly as Marka Makers (“Marka Makers,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Contact: info@markamakers.com.

1. Scope of this policy

This Privacy Policy describes personal information processed in connection with our agency website, incoming business inquiries, proposals and project communications. A client's signed service agreement may provide additional rules for data processed on its behalf.

2. Information we collect

  • Information you provide: your name, business email, company, service interest, message, proposal details and information you voluntarily send by email.
  • Business and service information: contact details, contracts, invoices, records of services, project feedback and communications relating to a client relationship.
  • Technical information: depending on your hosting provider and browser, visits may generate limited server logs such as IP address, user agent, referral information, pages requested and access times.
  • Payment records: invoice number, service description, billing amount, transaction status and receipt data from the authorized payment provider. We do not request full payment-card numbers through this website.

3. Website inquiries

The contact form on this site opens a prepared message in your own email application. It does not transmit your form entries to our website server or store them in a separate contact-form database. You decide whether to send the message. When you send an email, the email providers involved process it as part of message delivery. If we later introduce a server-side contact form or a CRM integration, we will update this policy to explain the relevant data processing.

4. Purposes for using information

We use personal information to respond to messages, assess a possible business relationship, create proposals, deliver contracted services, manage invoices, protect our systems and meet legal obligations. With appropriate permissions, we may send service-related information and business updates. You can ask us to stop promotional email messages at any time.

5. Sharing and service providers

We may share the minimum information needed with trusted providers that support hosting, email, file storage, CRM, analytics (if enabled) and payment processing; professional advisers; or public authorities if legally required. Providers handle information under their own terms or contracts as applicable. We do not sell personal information collected through this website, and this version of the website does not run advertising pixels to share visitor activity for behavioral advertising.

6. Cookies, remote resources and analytics

Our website does not currently deploy Google Analytics, advertising pixels or similar behavioral tracking scripts. The website may load fonts from Google and publicly hosted photographs from third-party profile sites; those services may receive technical information, such as an IP address, when the resources load. Cloudflare Pages, our website delivery and security provider, may process technical request information needed to operate and protect the website. Please see our Cookie Notice. Before enabling optional analytics or advertising tracking, we will assess and implement applicable notice, consent or opt-out controls.

7. Card payments

We use separate, authorized payment-provider checkout pages or invoices for card payments; we do not ask for payment-card numbers on this website. The payment provider handles sensitive card credentials on its own systems and applies its own privacy policy and verification requirements. We may receive payment confirmation and limited billing details needed for recordkeeping. Never email card numbers or security codes to us.

8. Data retention and security

We retain business records for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, agreed client work, dispute handling, or applicable legal and accounting obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical practices appropriate to the services involved, but no method of internet transmission or storage is guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. U.S. state privacy rights

Depending on where you reside, the law that applies to our business, and applicable exceptions, you may have rights to request information about personal data, obtain a copy, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, or opt out of certain uses. You may also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising applicable rights. Contact info@markamakers.com with your request. We may take reasonable steps to verify the request and will respond according to applicable law. Not every state privacy statute applies to every business.

10. Children and international visitors

Our services and website are intended for business audiences and not directed to children under 13. If you access the site from outside the United States, information you choose to send may be processed in the United States or other countries where service providers operate. Relevant regional legal requirements may apply.

11. External websites

Links to third-party websites are provided for context. Their privacy practices are their own, and you should review those sites' policies before providing information to them.

12. Contact and updates

For privacy questions and requests, email info@markamakers.com. We may update this statement as our services, technology and legal obligations evolve, and will revise the effective date when material changes are made.
